does the dimming feature still work with LED bulbs?

It wasn't that difficult but it took alot of patience! You have to unscrew the dash completely and then unclip the clear part from the cluster. then i stuck it on the clear part. and that was it.
But no it doesnt work with the dimming feature, instead of having it all the time hard wired i just have it plug into a ciggarette lighter thing and it has a switch on it.
